birminghamNAVS are a student group at the Guild of Students, University of Birmingham. We have a Christian ethic, but by no means is being a Christian a pre-requisite of being a member. We invite you to come along on a Monday night, to partake in lively discussion about real issues that affect us all.

We also have other activities that cater more towards our Christian background, such as Bible studies and prayer meetings.

Has Britain Got Talent?

This is debatable, but it is so enjoyable to judge the look/talents/behaviour of the contestants!! The thing is we tend to do this in real life too – it’s so hard not to make judgments on people around us!! We will be looking at questions like “are some people more valuable than others?” and “does society depend on the fact some people are judged as less valuable than others?”. We will also look at what the Bible says on this topic.
